First things first. Get. Their. Fries.These bad boys are seasoned with some amazing (almost chessey) flavour that complements them perfectly.I got a steak sandwich with fries with others in my group got wraps with soups and burgers with fries. All these items were really good and decently priced. In the end we all paid around $20 (more or less) and we were all greatly pleased with our meals. We were just passing through and did a Google search for fish and chips. The Copper Penny was the closest and most convenient location.We ordered the fish and chips and the sea food platter. Both meals were excellent! The staff are friendly and quick and the bathrooms are nice and clean. Definitely would recommend and will be back!

Copper Penny has great pub fare at good prices and amazing cocktails! Service is great and there is definitely a friendly neighbour hood vibe, especially on a Saturday evening. A great place for people of all ages!

Decent burgers - which I rarely eat - good service and fairly standard prices. A bit "close" inside so if the weather cooperates sit on the small terrace on front.

Came across this busy restaurant while visiting Kingston -glad we did! Food (Buffalo cauliflower and sandwiches) was delicious and service even better! My daughter has dietary restrictions which our server did not hesitate to help us manage, going to the kitchen for confirmations on ingredients and always with a smile. Much appreciated! Easy to get to walking from waterfront.

I love this place. It's been a favorite forever. The best fries hands down. The rest of the food is really good.... But those fries.... MMMMM.... I'll order a meal just to get the fries.

Stopped in here for dinner recently and couldn't be happier. We managed to get here before it got too busy and the service was quick and friendly. We had the Tequila/Lime Chicken wrap & the Asian Chicken Rice Bowl. The Asian Chicken had great flavour, I would highly recommend this dish. The wrap was tasty with this unique dressing, and the gravy....mmmm.. it was really really good... That was an added bonus to great meals

Best from Frozen french fries you'll ever taste. Crispy and seasoned perfectly. Otherwise, pretty good selection of above-average quality food for a decent price. Not a lot of vegetarian choices, but the portobello mushroom Flying Saucer Burger was really good. Service was excellent.

I was skeptical about this restaurant but thank God I’ve decided to enter! great food, excellent service. The waiter was so nice with us. I had a fish e chips but I would suggest the fajita chicken salad.

Nice cozy spot for the family. This place is kid friendly too. Food was flavourful. I had the Tuscan turkey wrap with fries and my wife had the spinach and strawberry chicken salad. The food came with generous portions for the price and was quite flavourful. The service was spot on.

Great atmosphere! Showed up with 3 kids for dinner around 8:30pm all hungry and out of sorts. The service was exceptional and the food was excellent. The menu has a wide variety of family diner type fare to choose from and everything was reasonably priced. I had trouble deciding what I would eat because it all sounded appetizing. They're renowned for their seasoned fries so order them with whatever you choose. I had the 5 decker club and I slept like a baby after. The kids menu is great and enough to feed an adult. Warm personable staff, great service, good food, good value. Everybody left satisfied.

Nice place to sit down and enjoy a burger. Offers up local craft brews so you don't have to enjoy the brand name stuff.

The food and service are great. The value is not great. Dishes are smaller than expected based on the price and compared to elsewhere. But the food tastes great. Fries are some of the best fries I've had.
